This is also my first attempt at German camouflage. I am working on some SS that have the Pea Dot camouflage as well. I had hoped to have them done by now, but now they will have to wait until I get back from my trip.

Looking good. I picked up 3 Black tree Design variants a short while back - possibly some of the worse kits I have ever purchased - so I cannot justify picking the new plastic version up....although probably will at some point!
ReplyDeleteThanks David.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the quality, or lack there of, with the Black Tree Designs vehicles. I don't personally own any of their vehicles, but I have friends that do and they too complain about the poor quality. On the other hand most people like the figures they produce.
I really liked the plastic version. Assembly took a bit longer than the resin model, but the quality was is far above and beyond the old one.
i also have 3 black tree design sdkfz 250's and yes the quality is awful, the put together is so bbad i nearly gave them to a scrap metal dealer, im sure i could have got a good price for the weight of them.
DeleteGreat work in the Sd.Kfz 's! I recently built a WG plastic Hanomag myself and your right, these are great bang for your cash.
ReplyDeleteI'd liked to subscribe to your blog, though it's apparently not possible.
Cheers!
I am really new to this blogging stuff. So basically the place is just propped up with some Popsicle sticks and scotch tape until I can figure out what I am doing. I will see if I can figure it out and let you know.
